Evolution of Endemic Hawaiian fish species

I am making a documentary on Hawaiian reef ecology and am looking for any examples of endemic Hawaiian reef fish that can be traced back to an ancestral species from other parts of the world. I would like to demonstrate how and why specific species developed into unique species found only in Hawaii.
