hi my name is armen my lizard hasnt been sick really but you should check on yor gecko to s if it has mites or ticks mos geckos and snakes can get sick form them im not that shure what is exactly wrong w/ your gecko but if it has mites you might wont to go to your pet store and get this thing that gives an smell that will kill the mites and yo might want to wash your tank w/ hot water i hope i helped im not that shure what is wrong w/ your gecko i might of know if you can give more info about your gecko to c what is really wrong w/ then
